Richard came out to do an inspection for rodents at a new house we moved into. We saw rat feces in the garage and weren’t sure if there was an active infestation. Richard checked the attic and told us it looked like there had been a previous infestation but not currently. I’m sure there are other pest companies out there that would say there is an active problem and I wouldn’t have known because I didn’t go up into the attic. Richard was honest and let me know he didn’t need to do anything and gave me some tips on how to keep rats out. I asked him about spider, ant and other household pest control and he had a fair price for quarterly service and I haven’t had any pest issues thus far! Overall great service and really takes the time to explain what he is seeing to the client!
